Reducing my footprint. Creating space for what matters.
Before I leave for a year-long sabbatical around the world, I am finding new homes for the art I have made over the years. This is a one-day, in-person sale of original pottery, encaustic work, paintings. Every piece is made by hand and meant to be lived with.
A Little About Me
I’m Mike, the artist and the person behind The Sabbatical Files. I left my career to take a 13-month trip around the world, and I’ve been documenting the whole journey, the planning, the doubts, the budgets, and the leap, on my blog and YouTube. These pieces are part of the life I’m clearing space from before I go. If my work speaks to you, I’d love for it to find a home with you.
